Extended Front Cushion
The arch has an extended cut in both the front and back – for extra protection for young bones. The Y Flex™ is the ONLY YOUTH SHOULDER PAD to offer this extra protection as standard item. The extended cuts protect the sternum, ribs and back.

Premium Youth Pad AiR Flex™ Appearance
The Y Flex™ is a dramatic entry level shoulder pad for  the youth player. The impact channels on the padding mimic the look of the AiR Flex™. Just like the AiR Flex™, the Y Flex™ also has 7mm vent holes throughout the arch. No other shoulder pad in this category offers the features that are standard on the Y Flex™.

Young hands sometimes struggle with belts, so the Mid Flex™ features a 3 point attachment system that utilizes elastic straps.
